Your student therapist will choose from over 31 pure essential oils to create a custom blended oil especially for you. Experience the soothing benefits of a Swedish massage combined with the fragrance of your choice. Then take your personalized blend home with you for continued relief and rejuvenation.

Deep Tissue Massage
Experience one of the deepest, most therapeutic massages possible for the neck and back without pain or discomfort. This therapy warms and spreads the fascia surrounding the muscles to enhance freedom of movement. Specific points of restriction are then manipulated to encourage the release of deeper tension. This an excellent treatment for chronic soreness or stiffness due to overuse. It will leave you feeling longer, looser and livelier. If you are coming to us with a physician prescription or on chiropractic referral please inform the receptionist when making your appointment.

Revitalizing Massage
A gentle kneading of the scalp, neck and shoulders followed by an application of warm moist towels allows this acupressure facial massage to leave you in a state of complete tranquility. A combination of hydrotherapy techniques and a pressure point foot massage makes this treatment one which leaves you feeling truly rejuvenated and alive!

Swedish
This full body massage originating in Europe is the antidote for sore, stressed muscles and weary spirits. Its purpose is to help balance your sense of well-being by relaxing the body, relieving the mind and soothing the soul. Your practitioner will discuss with you the depth and amount of pressure appropriate for your needs.

Soothing Stone Therapy™
The application of massage with the deep, penetrating heat of warm, smooth river stones leaves you with a sense of inner warmth and contentment that we’re sure you have not previously experienced. Intensely relaxing, this full body massage trademarked by the Myotherapy Institute should not be followed by physical exercise or mental challenges. It has been chosen by our faculty and students as the Institute’s most memorable spa experience. If you have time for only one session with us, this is it.

Spa Treatments
Mango Mandarin Hydrating Treatment
This is our most complete exfoliating and hydrating skin treatment available. Mango-mandarin enhanced products give the added benefit of aromatherapy to this luxurious treatment. This ninety minute treatment begins with a full body exfoliation. A light and silky hydrating lotion is then applied before the ultra moisturizing shea butter is massaged into the skin to seal in the moisture. You will feel smoother, softer and deeply moisturized. Our harsh mid-western weather makes this a truly appreciated treatment!

Aromawraps
The skin is gently exfoliated with a light dry brushing, then
soothed with a generous application of one of our most rehydrating base
oils produced in the southwestern United States. Each wrap is created
using an essential oil individually selected for you and your aromatherapy
needs. Your relaxation experience is enhanced as you are wrapped in a
warm spa blanket for extra moments of hydrating and quiet contemplation.
Aromawraps are wonderful alone or combined with a massage.

Signature Facial
The most luxurious facial you may ever experience. This is a very intense, deeply effective treatment using extensive massage techniques and MD Formulations products. MD Formulations products are permitted exclusively in Lincoln to MI's Snyergy Spa and The Face Place.
