The Myotherapy Institute instructors are contracted on the basis of academic degree and professional experience. General studies instructors hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree. All massage instructors have been in practice for a minimum of three years. Massage instructors and student massage teachers are licensed by the Nebraska Department of Health and hold National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. Most massage instructors have achieved certifications in specialty areas of the profession.
